I grew up in Newport News, VA and moved here in the fall of 2019 with my husband, when he was stationed up at Fort Drum. I absolutely love the area up here, especially in the summer time! I started this business at the beginning of 2022 because I want to offer affordable and accessible training to everyone in the area. I have not been training dogs for very long but I have had the pleasure of learning and growing under amazing mentors. I learned quickly that dog training is my passion, and I love helping individuals and families reach their goals with their dogs, no matter how big! I have extensive experience in reactivity, aggression, general obedience, resource guarding, basic house manners, sport training, and service/therapy work. In 2023-2024, I mentored with On Command Dog Training down in VA. I learned a ton from the trainers there and even earned my certification through American Society of Canine Trainers. I am now certified to train all dogs, from pets to service and therapy dogs.
In my free time, I love being outside with my husband, son, and 3 dogs, Groot, Lola, and Fury, hiking, traveling, going to the beach, and exploring. I also compete in multiple dog sports, including AKC Scentwork, Agility, Rally, IPO (formerly Schutzhund), and Dock Diving.
Most weekends, I attend trials and seminars to improve my knowledge and expertise in this field from world-class trainers.
